By accessing or using CollegeYogi ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must discontinue use of the Platform immediately.

2. Description of Service

CollegeYogi is an exam counselling intelligence platform that provides services including but not limited to: college prediction, cutoff data analysis, seat matrix information, counselling guides, exam schedules, AI-assisted counselling, and related educational content for competitive exam aspirants in India.

The Platform operates on a freemium model with both free and premium subscription tiers.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years of age to create an account and use the Platform. If you are under 18, you represent that you have obtained consent from a parent or legal guardian to use the Platform.

4. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Keep your profile information up to date
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• Not share your login credentials with any third party

5. Data Accuracy & Disclaimer

While we strive to provide accurate data sourced from official counselling body publications, CollegeYogi does not guarantee the completeness, accuracy, or timeliness of any information on the Platform.

Our college predictions are based on historical allotment data and statistical models. They should be used as guidance only and not as definitive guarantees of admission outcomes. Users must always verify critical information with official counselling body websites before making admission decisions.

6. Subscriptions & Payments

Premium features require a paid subscription. Key terms:

• Payments are processed securely through Razorpay
• Subscription plans are valid for the duration specified at the time of purchase
• Plans auto-expire at the end of the billing period and do not auto-renew
• Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes
• Refund terms are outlined in our Refund Policy

7. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose
• Scrape, crawl, or extract data from the Platform using automated tools
• Reproduce, redistribute, or commercially exploit any content without written permission
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Platform
• Upload harmful code, malware, or engage in any activity that disrupts the Platform
• Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation

8. Intellectual Property

All content, design, data compilations, software, graphics, and trademarks on CollegeYogi are the property of CollegeYogi or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or commercially exploit any content without prior written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CollegeYogi and its directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:

• Your use of or inability to use the Platform
• Any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in the data provided
• Admission decisions made based on information from the Platform
• Unauthorized access to your account

Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the current subscription period.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CollegeYogi, its officers, directors, and employees from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your violation of these terms or your use of the Platform.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately. You may also delete your account at any time through the account settings.

12. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a prominent notice on the Platform. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
